My name is Emilio Gramegna, I have been practicing Managerial Training and HR Processes development since 1995.
I
worked for Hay Group fourteen years, then, in 2012, I started a new
personal business, partly serving my clients, partly operating via
different Consultancy companies. I manage HR projects for national and
multinational companies of different sectors:
finance, manufacturing,
entertainment, IT, retail, utilities, telecom, pharmaceutical.
My
main professional qualities are listening and watching: this is the way
I design and manage tailor-made and impactful projects.
I'm curious about business and people, I like to have fun, to be creative, to run into the nature. That's me, since 1962.
