Objectives
Foster collaboration between Company departments:
- improving "internal customer satisfaction" related to services quality and timing;
- encouraging objectives sharing instead of "objectives fighting" (incomes vs. margins, quality vs. productivity, performance vs. development, etc...).
How
The initiative involves 15-20 employees, working for different departments.
COMMUNICATION
In a two-hours meeting, participants understand the project and are invited to prepare a "serious and funny" presentation about their department and their role.
PRE - WORK
The Trainer support each participant in presentation preparation: most important aim is to include all the main collaboration links / issues / difficulties with the other departments.
INDUCTION WORKSHOP
Every participant share his / her presentation in plenary: questions and deepening are encouraged.
A DAY IN YOUR LIFE
Every participant host another one for a day, in his / her office and / or in during his / her activities. If possible, the visiting person will directly experience part of the host person job.
SHARING WORKSHOP
Every participant, from the "visitor side", share learning, discovering, emotions.
All participants discuss new way of collaboration, based on their colleagues job new awareness.
