- Improve the employee personal skills awareness and starting a development plan.

The Assessment participant has the right to:

  • Receive a clear and transparent feedback

IDEAL PROFILE

The Idela Profile includes the Skills and the level of proficiency required (expressed with scores) in order to effectively manage the present (or a future) Role.

This is designed considering the Role context: Objectives, Ressources, Processes, Tasks, Challenges

Test are picked up by a wide catalogue, depending on the Ideal Profile characteritics. Most of test were created by me and my colleagues, throughout a 30 years professional experience.

ENGAGEMENT

TWO WEEKS BEFORE THE ASSESSMENT
A short face-to-face meetign, managed by HR, where participant are informed about the experiences objectives and characteristics. 

THROUGHOUT THE ASSESSMENT

A kind welcome. A friendly approach. A open availability for further clarification. An empathetic comprehension for the emotional aspects (i.e. evaluation anxiety).

MANAGEMENT

- Individual Assessment or Team Assessment (8 people max., with 2 Assessors)

- 1 or 2 days, depending on the Assessment complexity and depth.

PERSONAL PROFILE

The Assessor writes a Persona Profil for each participant, including

  • Scores and qualitative comments for each Skills, higlighting the gap with the Idela Profile
  • Strenghts and weaknessess
  • Suggestede development actions

FEEDBACK

The Asseor meet the participant, in order to:

  • share and discuss the profile,
  • increase the participant self-awareness,
  • encourage self-development initiatives.
